James Bateman is a fitness instructor and health blogger.
He is an alumnus of Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia where he bagged degrees in Health Promotion Management and Communication.
He was a volunteer Programs Coordinator with the American Council on Exercise for three years.
James believes all goals, health and fitness-oriented inclusive, can be reached through hard work and persistence.
He believes in setting new physical limits for his clientele and this has not dwindled their ranks a bit.
He believes that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and a little bit of determination.
His specialities include functional training, core training, sport-specific training, power and speed enhancement, and cardiovascular conditioning.
James is always physically active and he has hiking, trail running, mountain climbing and boxing at the top of his list.
